Volunteers required 11th July:

4 – 6 people to set up the Memorial Hall with all the tables & chairs out in groups. Time between 4pm – 4:30pm.

2 volunteers on the door ( 1 to charge entry fee, 1 to hand out raffle tickets) Then both to fold up raffle tickets for later.

2 volunteers to sell at the refreshment stall throughout the evening.

We will request volunteers to clear away at the end of the event from the people who attend.
