In lieu of our usual fundraising events (thank you, Covid-19) the PTFA have compiled a book of family favourite recipes from pupils, staff and parents at Hathersage St. Michaels Primary School. Many thanks to Kate Chappell for editing and laying out the book and to Colemans Deli and Hathersage Bakery for stocking it. You can also buy the book online here on the PTFA website with all profits going to the PTFA. Books can either be collected from Colemans Deli or Hathersage Bakery or delivered via your child at school. Funds raised are currently going towards new laptops and iPads to assist all children in the school, particularly as the school moves towards blended classroom and online teaching. Thank you for your support!
There are a handful of slots left to help out at the Bonfire this year. Click here to sign up if you can help out, even for just 30 minutes.
We still need volunteers to help out with this year's bonfire. Please sign up here or contact your class representative. The school field is open now for firewood to be dropped off - just timber please, no sofas, plastic, tyres, glass etc.! Please remember that this is our children's playing field for the rest of the year. Please feel free to download and print out the poster for this year's event here - more visitors = more funds raised for the school!
The Hathersage Gala Bingo is on Thursday 11th July in the Memorial Hall. Doors open at 6:45pm and the bingo starts at 7:15pm. Refreshments available and there will also be a raffle! Funds raised are split between Hathersage Gala and the PTFA. We need a few volunteers to help with setting up, on the door and serving refreshments. Please click here to help out.
Hathersage PTFA now has its own website. We'll do our best to keep it updated with our latest events and news. You can now volunteer online for helping out at events like the bonfire - just click on "Join in" at the top of the screen!
